Your group, large or small, will enjoy access to our 300 acre ranch to explore.  We have a variety of outdoor meeting spaces as well as a large barn that accommodates 200 people.  We have a smaller room

available as well for a breakout session.  We would love to help you plan an amazing gathering no one will forget!

Weekend Retreat Package:

  • $500 for first 30 participants.  Each addl participant please add $15.

  • Round tables and chairs set up in barn for paid participants. (Does not include tablecloths-- Tablecloth rental available--$18/each for white linen, $5/each for red/white check vinyl)

  • $250 refundable damage/cleaning deposit due upon booking.  Refundability will depend on cleanliness after event.

  • Signed event agreement due at time of booking to secure your date and space.

 

***Package price includes:

  • One Pre-event planning meeting with host. (Addl meetings $25)

  • Retreat host onsite to answer questions and assist with venue during your stay

  • Access to the property and meeting areas—barn, small group room, lakeside pavilion

 

***Add-on Activity choices included:

  • Catch & release fishing—bring your own gear

  • Firepit—chairs and stumps for sitting provided/firewood provided

  • Group outdoor games—ask for availability

  • Self-guided Prayer walks

 

Add-on Activities not included in base package price:

Feeding farm animals/animal education--$3/person

Hayride/ranch tour--$25/per group tour 

(Ride accommodates about 25 people.)

Retreat Lodging:

  • Farmhouse—sleeps 9 with 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen--$250/night plus $70 cleaning fee (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, 1 twin bed)

  • Bunkhouse—sleeps 8 in 4 twin bunks with a bathroom and a mini kitchen--$150/night when added to farmhouse plus $50 cleaning fee$200/night if rented separately from farmhouse plus $50 cleaning fee

Farmhouse and Bunkhouse guests who are not event participants have access to lakes with catch and release fishing as well as firepit access. Access to other meeting areas priced separately and according to event.

Answers to Event FAQ:

  • Food or non-alcoholic drinks are allowed. You may choose to hire a caterer provided they have a catering license.

  • You can bring alcohol, but it must be turned over to a licensed bartender to serve during your event. No cash bars or kegs. Security is required if serving alcohol.  This is up to the venue’s discretion and size of event.

  • No smoking of any kind (including e-cigs) is allowed within 10 feet of any building. Evidence of smoking indoors or cigarette/cigar butts left on the ground or indoor receptacles will result in loss of Renter damage deposit.
